1st Atlanta Remodeling Inc. is a high quality remodeling contractor, catering to a clientele who were all given a "word of mouth" recommendation from a current or past client that was so satisfied with our workmanship, they are recommending us to their friends and family. We do not compete on a price basis. We simply do the best job we can, designing and building you a room that meets your needs for functionality and aesthetics, without sacrificing our unusually high quality standards, at a fair and reasonable price.

Gary Biber | President
Gary Biber, owner and president of 1st Atlanta Remodeling, has over 25 years of industry experience. He has a masters degree in construction and business management. Previously Gary owned a successful construction company overseas with over 100 employees. European design and ideas are his specialty. He has a God given talent for designing and building and has an eye for detail and design. He has a vision for the difficult project and works will with clients establishing their ideas to actual reality. Over the years he has departed his knowledge and expertise to others within the company.Gary works according to his business philosophy: treat everyone fairly and honestly; do what you say you'll do, when you say you'll do it; and accept conditions as they exist or accept responsibility for changing them. Gary is a committed to providing exceptional customer service. He enjoys running and chess. |

Lucy Lecht | Designer
As an interior design project manager for 1st Atlanta Remodeling Inc, Lucy has been on a prodigal path within the interior design industry as both a commercial interior designer and a premium residential interior designer. Lucy is best known for her ability to create luxury environments that promote healthy living through the incorporation of innovating design elements. Lucy brings an understanding of how the elements of color, texture, scale, and line can impact, not only a space, but those who occupy it. Her belief that one element cannot achieve its maximum potential without the others is the foundational principle that she applies to each of her vignettes and client projects. Lucy feels that finding the right balance is what makes a design a success.
